Finnish law requires anyone maintaining a registry of people to disclose what information is saved.

Purpose and scope

Customer e-mail and address are saved in the web store database for the purpose of order processing and customer relationship management. Items ordered by the customer are publicly viewable by all, unless the user selects not to display this information from their settings page. No private customer information is shared with third parties, except if company ownership changes, in which case the private information is given to the new owner, with the understanding that the new owner will agree to continue to keep the information private.

Bulk advertisements may be sent if the user has agreed to receive them when making an order. The user's movements on the site may be monitored to improve the site. The customer is identified by a cookie.

The web store also has community features such as forums and user profiles. Any information entered on these features is obviously visible to anyone.
