Terms
1. Ordering
1.1 When placing an order you agree to follow these terms.
1.2 Your private information (e-mail, address) will not be given or sold to third parties.
1.3 All communication will happen over e-mail.
1.4 Your order will be considered binding only after you have paid for it.
1.5 If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable, all of your payments will be returned to you concerning that item.
1.6 Most products are in Japanese language unless otherwise mentioned.
1.7 Items are sent either from Japan or Finland. You are responsible for any customs procedures inside your country.
1.8 If you are unhappy with any items you order, you may return them within 14 days. When wanting to return an item, please ask address by e-mail.
1.9 If there are obvious errors such as mispricing in the shop, the errors do not bind the merchant.
1.10 Tmi Bemmu can choose to refuse to do business with anyone for any reason.
2. Pricing
2.1 When sent from Finland to inside EU, the price includes taxes. Prices do not include (customs) taxes when sent from Japan, but they do include the Japanese consumption tax.
2.2 Country the item is sent from will be visible when placing the order.
2.3 Products have the pricing which was valid when the order was placed.
2.4 Returns can be made at no cost if there was an error in the product descriptions.
3. Delivery
3.1 Because of the nature and rarity of many of the items, exact delivery times are nearly impossible to predict. Any delivery times mentioned in the web store are average times at best, and can be wildly faster or slower than mentioned. If a package is lost in the mail, paid funds can be returned to the customer or a new product may be sent to replace the lost one, depending on the judgement of the merchant. If the merchant has reason to believe that the customer is dishonest (for example the customer has placed several orders, each one resulting in a "lost package"), lost packages are not replaced.
3.2 The order can be cancelled at any point, except after the customer has physically owned the product for more than 14 days.
3.3 All items are sent only after payment has been confirmed. Any average delivery times are calculated from the day the payment is received, not from the day the order was placed.
3.4 No package tracking is available.
4. Payment terms
4.1 Payment in advance by wire transfer to a bank account or by PayPal.
4.2 An order is considered cancelled if it has not been paid for in full in 14 days.
5. Returns
5.1 All items can be returned in 14 days with no special reason necessary for the return. Whether the customer or merchant pays for return postage will be up to the merchant to decide.
6. Warranty
6.1 All products have the minimum one-month warranty as required by Finnish law.
